In-App Purchase Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms for refunds on in-app purchases made through the LocHood application on the Google Play Store.




2. Google Play Store Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. As such, the refund process is primarily managed by Google.

  • Within 48 Hours of Purchase: You can request a refund directly through the Google Play Store. You can find instructions on how to do so on the Google Play Help Center.
  • After 48 Hours: For refund requests made after 48 hours, you will need to contact us directly. While we are not obligated to provide a refund after this period, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.



3. How to Request a Refund from LocHood

If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, please contact our support team at support@lochood.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your Google Play account.
  • The Google Play Order ID (it starts with "GPA.").
  • The date of the purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will evaluate your request and notify you of our decision. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect fraud or abuse of our policies.




4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of purchases may not be eligible for refunds. This includes any digital goods that have been consumed or used. Any exceptions will be noted at the time of purchase.
